Mr. Wicker has been with the Eureka Springs VICA for the 33 years he has been teaching at the high school. Larry Wicker will be retiring after the school year of 2007 to 2008, and will be taking up fishing and hunting.

Vica has a meeting every month, where they discuss fund raising ideas, and who will be doing what at the state competition. Early in the fall Vica holds an annual Golf Tournament, to raise money to help with the costs of competition. This year the Vica Club raised over $4000.00 to help their efforts.

This school year 2007-2008 the Building Trade classes are doing many projects throughout all three schools. They have built bookcases for the elementary school, a new trophy case for the high school, a new trophy case for the Middle School. The Eureka Springs High School office recieved a window facing the hallway, so students and vistors do not have to enter the office to get served. The Building trades built a new counter for the office, and 2 high school teachers were built 2 desks for their classrooms.
